Get moving, feel better in your body! We help busy "super-women" prioritize themselves, discover or rediscover their inner athlete, and move like a kid does—with joy, energy, and freedom—through outdoor, non-competitive, group workouts that focus on FUN.

We offer outdoor walks, runs, and strength workouts in Prospect Park, Brooklyn (all year round!) as well as customizable personal training. Our classes are open to anyone, but our core group are women in midlife – many in their 40’s-50’s and beyond — who have been doing it all for everyone else for a long time, and are ready to prioritize themselves.
